From Paper to Screen
This video shows the process of typography from paper to
screen and was a Graduation Project for an Animation Student. I thought the
animations were very creative and something that could have been a project for students
in our school. What do you think of it?
Wow Ashleigh this is very cool!! I really enjoyed watching it and how the animation was put together! I think it was well successful and i loved the way they used motions to move the type around; it like bought it to life! It makes you appreciate type more because there is endless possibilities with it! Loved it! Awesome share! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is great Ashleigh - I hadn't seen it before. I notice that Saul Bass' name came floating by during the movie section... does anyone know about him? He's won awards for title sequences. Check out this link and watch his work for some of the best known movies - especially North By Northwest (my favorite because of the grid!):

I love this video so much! This is such a great way to express and teach typography. Everything you need to know in one beautifully crafted nutshell. This also really makes me want to learn after effects!!! The videos that follow this one on the top of the screen are very creative. SO CLEAN!!!
